Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing and shipping of all pre-orders. This will allow adequate time for product manufacturing and shipping.
Orders are usually processed within 3 business days prior to being shipped out. Depending on the shipping destination, the processing + shipping process takes 7-24 business days unless expedited. During peak times such as sales and new releases, orders may take up to 10 business days before shipment. In addition, orders will not be shipped on weekends or on traditional US holidays. Missing/Inaccurate shipping details
Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their order details are accurate to ensure that there are no shipping issues. In the event that your address is incorrect, please email our customer service PRIOR to the order being shipped. Please note that this is an act of courtesy and we are not liable if changes are not made in time for accurate processing by our distribution team.
Posh Culture is not responsible for lost/stolen items. Once packages have left our facility and a tracking number has been provided to the customer, it is the responsibility of the shipping courier to ensure delivery. If the shipping courier confirms delivery of the package, Posh Culture will not accept liability if it is not received by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to reach out to USPS to inquire on the status of their package or the filing of any claims regarding issues with receipt of packages.
In the event that a package is returned, our Customer service team will contact the customer to advise of the return and to determine the cause. Should the return be a result of an issue with the customer’s address or any other customer-related circumstance, a re-ship fee must be paid by the customer in order for the package to be re-sent.
